Der
elegante, gekonnt verarbeitete Stuhl des 1981 in
der Ukraine geborenen Produktgestalters hat die
Jury (und deren Vorsitzenden) voll überzeugt.
Ich hoffe er findet so den Weg ins Vitra Design
Museum oder zumindest in die Wohnzimmer dieser Welt.
Hier noch ein kurzes Statement des Designers:
I find it interesting that the way people are using
their product depends on it's form and shape. That
you can make up your own stories and feelings about
product and have a new experience of it because
it looks like something familiar.
In my work I'm trying to combine a products with
a story in a kind of illustrative way. So that the
product can make you develop your own relations
with it, according to the way you using it or the
way the product looks ,and still be a comfortable
product.
